new areas. So far, we have been accepted into the Arts Festivals
on this 2012 calender. We hope to be accepted into more, so just
keep checking back for updates.

Stumpkins started on a whim as a replacement for a Halloween
pumpkin. A permanent pumpkin face on a piece of cedar stump.
Stump + pumpkin = Stumpkin! We humans naturally seem to love
any depiction of the human expression.

Put a face on anything and we are drawn to it, examine it, admire
it. How some Stumpkins look just like your odd relative with the
big nose or pal with the droopy ears, we just don't know. It just
happens that way.

Recycled and renewed, Stumpkins are our way to enjoy the bits
and pieces of yesteryear. Eclectic and sometime a bit off-the-wall
makes each Stumpkin an individual smiling character. Yes, they
all smile, no need to add any more grumps to the world.

PUPKINS

How much is that doggie in the window?
(the one with the waggley tail.)

Our doggie Stumpkins are called Pupkins, of course! They began as a welcoming committee for a doggie day care. They don't bark, bite or need to be walked. We usually have a pretty good sized litter to pick from, but they get adopted really fast.

KITTYKINS
Here kitty kitty kitty...
We've finally created the purfect feline friend!

All lives should have 9 cats. Wait, I got that wrong, didn't I? Or did I? Cats help keep us humble and cat lovers love our Kittykins, as well they should. Your porch, patio or fence would look kitty-purfect, but warn all the birds nearby, that Kittykins are very clever!

We're off to see the Wizard, the Wonderful Wizard of OZ! Someone loved their collection so much, they naturally needed a Stumpkin version of all the characters!

At the 2011 Schaumburg, IL Septemberfest, we asked these shoppers for a Stumpkin photo...
Thanks again! We hope you're enjoying your Stumpkins!

You've been through the Beanie Baby craze, then those funny little troll dolls. Now it's time for Stumpkins, at least for those in the Stumpkin neighborhood, anyway. Stumpkins will brighten up your garden, flowers, porch or deck. They give your daily walk around the yard a new reason to smile. They'll watch out for those pesky rabbits and scare away the creepiest of slugs. Thanks to Bonnie and Russ Johnson from Pleasantville, IA for their garden photo.
